This project is a tale of turning the ordinary into the extraordinary as a family decided to infuse vibrancy into their brownstone's first floor. The focal points of the entry vestibule and bathroom underwent a remarkable makeover, catapulting the space from drab to fab.

With a keen emphasis on enhancing entertainment, a chic wet bar was introduced to the back terrace, becoming a centerpiece for BBQ gatherings. The design vision embraced the opulence of brass hardware, elevating the aesthetic to a new level. The entry vestibule and bathroom witnessed a bespoke touch with custom floor tile inlay, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Throughout the space, custom millwork was seamlessly integrated to cater to the family's storage needs while paying homage to the architectural heritage of the house.
